Inauguration of Renovated and Extended Library Building

The renovation and extension of the College library was taken up as a part of the Post-centenary Platinum Jubilee of the College. The Library building was built in 1963 by the then Principal of the College Rev. Dr. Robert Scheuermeier. In recognition of his contribution to the College, the library is named as Robert Scheuermeier Bibliothek. The President of the College Management and the Bishop of CSI Karnataka Central Diocese Rt.Rev.Dr. P.K. Samuel inaugurated the renovated and extended Library building and unveiled the new name plaque. Rt. Rev. Martin C Borgai, Bishop of CSI Karnataka Northern Diocese inaugurated the newly built first floor of the Library. Rt.Rev. Hemachandra Kumar, Bishop of CSI Karnataka Southern Diocese inaugurated the newly built periodical section. Mr. Vishal Shiri, President of UBMC Council, Mumbai inaugurated the new generator facility of the library.
